March Reading Logs due
Reading - Students will begin to work on our final research project of the year. They will be choosing an animal from one of the 3 habitats that we've learned about: desert, ocean, and rainforest. Students will work in school to gather information from both text and digital sources about an animal.
Math - We will continue to work on measurement with centimeters and meters. This week we'll estimate lengths in meters and measure and compare lengths. A chapter test will be given at the end of the week.
Student of the Week - Everyone has had a chance to be our Student of the Week! Moving forward, I will choose a student to fill the estimation jar each week. This is optional, but many kids like the chance to do this again. We have all enjoyed getting to know each other better and especially like seeing what our student of the week has brought to share each day!
Spring Pictures - Thank you to everyone who has returned their pictures or money. If you have not, please do so as soon as possible. You may pay online if you prefer.
